Gun settings

Go into dataguns folder and use notepad to open ammo file. You can change guns stats there.

Cheat Method

This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the files in the "dataammo" folder in the game folder. The weapon parameters can now be altered.
